It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working as daily wager in the forest department ever since 1993 and yet he has not been paid minimum pay of Rs.18000/- as is being paid to similarly situated other daily wagers in the forest department. 2. Matter requires consideration. 3. Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, shall be filed within two weeks thereafter. 4. Connect and list with Writ - A No.- 11290 of 2025 on the date fixed in the said case. 5. In the meanwhile and until further order of this Court, it is hereby provided that the petitioner shall be permitted to discharge his duties on daily wage basis and shall not be conferred without leave of this Court. The petitioner shall be paid minimum of the basic pay of Rs. 18,000/- per month as similarly placed employees of the department or cause be
