Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 4 to decide the application/ representation dated 12.08.2025 to provide the remaining salary for the period of suspension from 03.11.2022 to 17.02.2025 and other allowances with interest in accordance with law." 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 12th August, 2025 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in accordance with law. 4.
