By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to the respondent No.- 2 to consider the request of the petitioner raised in his representation to retain official accommodation for some more time. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that since petitioner has already moved application in above regard on 19th August, 2025 that may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 19th August, 2025 strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
