Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Himanshu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order of transfer dated 13th June, 2025 which is not only a stigmatic one but also by way of punishment. It is contended that petitioner has not been relieved till date and is continuing as such. 3. It is contended by learned Senior Advocate that in respect of similarly placed employees of the same establishment a writ petition filed by one Shambhoo Nath Kushwaha being Writ - A No.- 9142 of 2025 has come to be allowed by setting aside the transfer order vide a detailed judgment and order dated 31st July, 2025. 4.
