Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the concerned competent authority, namely respondent No.- 4 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner for honourarium to the tune of Rs.92,400 which has remained undisposed of till date. 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. 4. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.-4 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 9th July, 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of two months from the date of production
