By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for payment of terminal dues in respect of her late husband who died on 03.01.2025 while in service. 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation/ application on 10.06.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and disposed of the pending representation/ application of petitioner dated 10.06.2025 for payment of teminal dues of her husband within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this or
