By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the charge sheet dated 08.10.2024 on the ground that it was issued with malicious intention to harass the petitioner just at the fag end of his service carrear as petitioner attained age of Superannuation on 31.10.2024. 3.
