Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no. 4 to provide rejoining/ reappointment at the post of Homeguard as well as grant parade duty in Company Bishunpura District Kushinagar to the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 21.05.2022 passed by respondent No. 3." 3. It is submitted that since the petitioner has been acquitted in the criminal case, in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 14.07.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4.
