By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the competent respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to Group C post from Group D post as per provisions contained under the Government Order dated 17.01.2014 which provides for 15 per cent reservation for promotion in respect of Group C post for promotion from Group D post. 3. It is contended that out of 11 sanctioned posts in the Group C category 5 posts are still lying vacant and petitioner could be very well adjusted. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no document has been produced in this petition which may demonstrate that no other person is working on Group C category of promotional post so as to make out a case for 15 per cent vaca
