Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 passed by the respondent nos.2/3 in respect of the petitioner only, whose name finds place at Serial No.69 and the relieving order dated 13.08.2025 passed by the respondent no.4." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been transferred twice in a year. He further submits that as per circular issued no employee can be transferred in such a manner. it is further submitted that petitioner has also been relieved pursuant to the transfer order on 13.08.2025. 4.
