By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 30.12.2024 whereby petitioner's claim for medical reimbursement has come to be rejected by the Regional Ayurvedic and Unani Officer, Prayagraj on the ground that the petitioner had submitted form for the purpose of reimbursement issued by the Medical Superintendent of the hospital concerned on Certificate 'A' whereas it should have been done on Certificate 'B'. 3.
