Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for consideration of his candidature for compassionate appointment as his father died on 01.06.2023 in harness. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the elder brother, namely, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava has raised objection to the claim of the petitioner but the widow of the deceased employee has supported the claim of the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent authority, namely, respondent no.4 to pass appropriate order upon the claim of the petitioner considering no objection of the petitioner at the same time opportunity of hearing be also afforded to elder son of late Shatrudhan Srivastava. 5.
