Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner claims to be legally wedded wife of Ajay Kumar Chaudhary and wants her name to be included as dependent in the service record of her husband. 3. It is submitted that in this regard petitioner has already made an application before the Commissioner of Police, Agra on 19.02.2024 and also subsequent reminders were made but no action has been taken till date. Pleadings have been raised vide paragraph no.19 of the petition that the divorce petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has stood dismissed on 26.05.2022. 4.
