By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has questioned the order dated 25.06.2025 whereby recovery has been directed from the petitioner for the alleged excess payment on account of wrong pay fixation in counting the previous service of the petitioner spent in armed forces and that too without any notice and opportunity of hearing. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State, Sri P.S. Mishra has placed instruction before the Court and as per instruction vide paragraph no.5 the order dated 25.06.2025 has been recalled vide order dated 26.07.2025, copy whereof has been brought on record. 4.
