By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 01.06.2025 whereby the District Election Officer, Siddharth Nagar made recommendation to the Commissioner, MNREGA, Siddharth Nagar to take action for removal of the petitioner from the post of Rozgar Sevak on certain charges. 3. It is argued that the petitioner has represented the matter against the proposed action to the District Magistrate concerned which may be directed to be dispose of in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsel for the concerned Gaon Sabha submits that it is prerogative of the Gaon Sabha to engage and dis-engage Rozgar Sevak and unless and until the Gaon Sabha adopts a resolution there is no cause of
