Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). a writ order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to provide the interest to the petitioner for delayed payment of arrears of A.C.P. of petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of an application dated 16th December, 2024 which has remained pending till date. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. 5. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider
