Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. Petitioner is aggrieved by the tentative seniority list published for the second time on 3rd July, 2025. According to him, the earlier tentative list was published in the year 2024 to which petitioner had submitted his objection but that remained undisposed of. In the given facts and circumstances when the respondent concerned has issued a fresh tentative seniority list, I consider it appropriate for the petitioner to make a fresh representation in writing within a period of four weeks from today and in the event such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of before finalizing the seniority list by means of a reasoned and speaking order and as per the relevant rules within a further period of two months or in any case before publishing a final seniority list. With the aforesaid observations and directions,
