Petitioner has challenged transfer order for it being in the teeth of the order of this Court dated 23rd July, 2025 passed in Writ - A No.- 10130 of 2025. 3. Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents submits that when the departmental inquiry against the petitioner has already stood concluded and petitioner has been transferred, there was no occasion to reinstate him, whereas it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner ought not to have been transferred as petitioner is still under suspension and final decision has yet to be taken in the matter.
