By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have prayed for following substantial relief: "i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure. 7) of the petitioner. ii). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 3 to pay the HRA from 17.02.2025 when the petitioner was transferred to Lucknow." 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may approach the competent authority, namely respondent No.- 2 with a fresh representation for consideration of his claim that may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. 4.
