By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has challenged the transfer order on the ground that his spouse is working at Etawah and he deserves to be transferred to Etawah more specially in the circumstances when he has only two years to go in his retirement. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may be directed to make representation afresh before the competent authority,namely respondent No. 2 who may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 4.
