By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to perform her duty as Prantiya Rakshak Dal (PRD) personnel as she was performing earlier." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 15.07.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
