Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner who is a third party wants a direction to the respondent concerned to decide his representation. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner being busy buddy and complainant does not have any locus to maintain a petition. 4. Upon a pointed query being made as to what stake of petitioner is involved not being an employee of the respondent establishment, counsel for petitioner could not demonstrate from the pleadings that petitioner has any stake as employee of the establishment. 5. In the considered view of the Court, no third party petition at the instance of the complainant can be entertained, inasmuch as no public interest litigation is entertainable in service matters. 6.
