Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no disciplinary proceeding is pending against the petitioner. He has further relied upon the Government Order dated 30.06.1993 and submits that in identical set of facts, writ petition being Writ A Nos.20486 of 2024, 19684 of 2022, 19684 of 2022 and 20908 of 2018 has been disposed of. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event petitioner makes a fresh representation in the above regard and same is directed to be decided in accordance with law by the competent authority.
