By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus to command respondent No.- 4 to consider his claim for counting period of service between 22nd November, 2006 and 26th May, 2009 towards the service for the purposes of pension, gratuity, annual pay increment etc. in the light of the government order dated 21st January, 2016 that stood reiterated in the government order dated 17th February, 2022.
