Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities, to pay the Ex-gratia Amount (Anubhag Rashi) of Rs.20 Lakhs on account of becoming Permanent Disabled (85% disabled) during the course of duty, in pursuance of the Government Order dated 05/01/2019, issued by the respondent authorities, along with interest."
