Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "(I) Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioner for the appointment on the ground of compassionate basis." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that mother of petitioner died in harness on 19.03.2018. It is also submitted that father of petitioner is not in service. It is next submitted that the petitioner has been approaching the authority ever since the year 2019. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment can be directed to be considered, in accordance with law, by the respondent No. 2. 5.
