By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction of suitable nature calling for the record and quashing the impugned order dated 15.07.2025 passed by Consolidation Commissioner (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition). " 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 23.05.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
