Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the result but now after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner is confining his relief to the second prayer in which he has prayed for disclosure of the marks obtained in the written examination. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, submits that entire selection process has already over. In the given facts and circumstances, it is hereby provided that in the event petitioner makes representation for disclosure of marks obtained in the written examination within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disclosed the marks to him within a next six weeks’ time.
