Petitioner, who retired as Work Supervisor from the respondent establishment in the year 2001, is aggrieved for non payment of 50% of the arrears of salary to the petitioner for which according to him representations have come to be made by the petitioners on 7th June, 2024 and 5th July, 2024. Learned Standing Counsel submits that respondent No.- 4 may be directed to dispose of the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law. In view of the above, while the order has been passed by the Superintending Engineer dated 5th July, 2024 to the Executive Engineer to take necessary decision in performance of the order dated 7th June, 2024, whereby Chief Engineer had directed the Executive Engineer to make payment of the arrears of the salary of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,01,507/-, I consider it appropriate for the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Executive Engineer along with c
