By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 14th June, 2025 and consequential orders dated 19th June, 2025 and 11th July, 2025 on the ground of being in violation of transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, submits that petitioner has already stood relieved pursuant to the order dated 14th June, 2025, however, he is not averse to a direction being issued for disposal of representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4.
