By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner who has retired from the respondent establishment on 31.07.2024 has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 17.06.2024 and the latest being 30.06.2025 for grant of GPF amount and the benefit of third ACP and the benefit of Additional increment of salary along with interest at the rate of 8%. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 4.
