By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider the application of the petitioner for transfer to District Ghazipur or District Mau sympathetically on the ground of medical emergency, within stipulated period, as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court" 3.
