By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants consideration of his application/ representation dated 4th July, 2025 made to the respondent No.- 2 with a request for transfer from Ghaziabad to Jhansi. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may approach the competent authority with a fresh representation for consideration of his grievance, that may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that in the event petitioner makes a fresh representation within a period of three weeks' from today along with certified copy of this order before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of six weeks.
