By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 on the ground of being in violation of transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, while I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of transfer order I hereby provide that in the event petitioner makes a fresh representation pursuant to the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 within a period of two weeks from today and in the event if he does so, the competent authority namely, respondent No.- 4 shall consider and dispose of the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within
