By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the charge-sheet dated 19th July, 2025 on the ground that no preliminary fact finding inquiry was held in the matter. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, submits that this is not the stage to question the charge-sheet as the petitioner has enough opportunity to contest the charges leveled in the domestic inquiry. 4. It is contended that petitioner has already submitted reply to the charge-sheet on 4th August, 2025. 5. In such above view of the matter and considering the rival submissions so advanced, I consider it more appropriate at this stage to dispose of this petition with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the charge-sheet dated 19th July, 2025 within maximum period of 3 month
