By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the inquiry report submitted in matter of disciplinary proceedings. In the considered view of the Court, this petition is pre-mature at this stage as petitioner shall have ample opportunity before the disciplinary authority to submit reply in the event he is issued with a show cause notice. Therefore, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
