By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to grant the benefit of pay fixation, grade pa, and all consequential financial benefits to the petitioner from the date of commencement of training i.e. 23.07.2015, and not from the date of promotion order i.e., 08.02.2016." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 26.07.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
