By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary of the petitioner for August 2021 and from February 2022 to September 2022 along with interest at an early date, in accordance with law." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authorities by making various representations but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and disposed of the pending representation of petitioner
