Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2.Petitioner who is wife of late Ram Swaroop whose claim regarding ACP benefits of pay fixation have come to be allowed by passing pay fixation order dated 19.02.2024 by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Budaun after his retirement and death, seeks a writ of mandamus to command the Deputy Director of Panchayat Bareilly Division Bareilly to make payment of difference of salary pursuant to the order dated 19.02.2024. 3. It is contended next that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 17.01.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
