Heard Ms. Medha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to command respondent nos.2 and 3 to grant family pension, GPF, gratuity and such other terminal dues/benefits to widow wife and daughter to which they are entitled in law on account of sudden death of sole earning member of a family of which they all dependents. 3. It is contended that the petitioner was married to late Veerpal Singh Arya and has been living with him. It is claimed that they adopted the daughter after some time. It is further claimed that daughter Yashika Singh and wife Reetu were recorded as nominee in service records of the petitioner but then after the death of the petitioner on 07.05.2021 during Covid-19, the terminal dues have not been released in their fa
