Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Budaun whereby petitioner's one clusters have been taken away and now one cluster of Gram Panchayat has remained within. 3. It is contended that there are several other similarly placed employees who are enjoying more than two clusters. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioner makes a fresh representation before competent respondent authority. 4.
