By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner for traveling allowance as has already been sanctioned by the Director, Medical Health, Family Welfare, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow on 16.10.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 16.10.2024 which is pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 5.
