Petitioner is aggrieved by the notification dated 11.08.2025 by which the vacancy of Panchayat Assistant/Accountant-cum-Data Entry Operator has come to be notified for purposes of recruitment for Village Panchayat, Bairari Ehatmali, Block Kudarha, District Basti. 3. The ground to attack is that the petitioner was selected in the year 2024 for the said post in question by the same panchayat but has not been offered appointment till date and yet the respondents have proceeded to fill up the vaccancies by undertaking fresh recruitment drive. 4. Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha submits that in the above regard petitioner has already approached the competent authority by moving a representation on 20.07.2025 but the same has remained undisposed of till date. 5.
