Petitioner who is working as medical officer to the respondent- establishment has made a request to the competent authority namely, respondent no.1 to transfer him to Ghaziabad as his wife is working over there in a degree college at Modinagar, Ghaziabad. He has taken a plea of the benefit to be given to the spouse in the matter of transfer where the other spouse is working at a particular place and hence he takes the plea to be benefited under the Government Order which has been issued on 06.05.2025. 3. It is contended that the Chief Medical Officer has made recommendation in favour of the petitioner on 21.06.2024 but no orders have been passed by respondent no.1 till date. 4.
