By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner wants a relief in the nature of mandamus to command respondent no.3 to refund the amount of Rs.1,28,147/- which has come to be recovered from the post retirement dues of the petitioner without any opportunity of hearing. 3. It is contended that after the pension payment order was issued and gratuity amount was directed to be paid no recovery could have been directed against the petitioner. It is submitted in the above regard that in the above regard petitioner wrote several applications to Senior Superintendent of Police, Mathura but the same has remain unfurnished to him. In the said regard, petitioner also made representation on 24.01.2023 but the same has remained undecided till date. 4.
