By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to release the stopped salary of the petitioner for period of November-2018, February-2020, September-2020, October-2020 and September-2022 alongwith 1st ACP of the petitioner." 3.
