By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the order dated 20.01.2020 passed by respondent no.3. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Archit Mehrotra, learned Panel Counsel as to the maintainability of this petition on the behest of petitioner no.1 as he earlier travelled to this Court vide Writ A No.7714 of 2020 challenging the said order and such representation has been dismissed on merits vide judgment and order dated 13.10.2020 which has remained unchallenged till date. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. Thus in my considered view, the present writ petition is barred on principles of res judicata and also under under Chapter XXII Rule 7 of Rules of Court. In so far
