Petitioner before this Court has filed this petition for a writ of mandamus to command the competent authority, namely respondent no.5-Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Kanpur Dehat to decide the claim for medical reimbursement in respect of the bills generated under the treatment carried out of the late husband of the petitioner who dies in harness. It is submitted that the medical bills were submitted on 11.07.2022 after death of her husband on 22.01.2024 and in this regard application was moved on 16.12.2024 but no decision has been taken till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority which is pending consideration till date. 4.
