The submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that once the Gaon Sabha has adopted the resolution to annul the selection and appointment of respondent no.5 and a consequential order was passed by the Superintendent of Community Health Centre, Basti on 10.06.2025, Chief Medical Officer has no right to over-ride the resolution of Gaon Sabha. Any correction could have been made in the resolution of Gaon Sabha by the Gaon Sabha itself. 2. Sri Kuldeep Singh, learned Advocate, holding brief of Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, leraned counsel for the Gaon Sabha admits that the resolution has been adopted to cancel the appointment of respondent no.5 as Asha Worker and consequently, the order was passed. 3.
