By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to consider his claim for grant of annual increment for the period 2010-2011. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has made representation dated 13th June, 2025 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing Counsel has raised objection as to the claim of the petitioner on the ground that petitioner himself admitted that there was a punishment imposed upon him staying two annual increments permanently for the period 2009-10 and 2010-11 along with an adverse entry of censure and that order has not been challenged.
